Description:
Grivory HB 7187 natural is an unreinforced, semi-crystalline, partially-aromatic polyamide (MXD6/MXDI) supplied in natural-coloured pellets.
The grade combines high stiffness, very low warpage, excellent surface gloss and good barrier properties with easy injection-moulding on standard equipment.
Key Features
Very high flow – suitable for wall-thickness < 0.4 mm and long flow paths
Near-isotropic shrinkage → exceptionally low post-mould distortion
High surface gloss → ready for painting, metallisation or direct assembly
Good oxygen / CO₂ barrier (MXD6 base) – ideal for packaging & bottle applications
Low water uptake versus aliphatic PA6/PA66 → dimensions remain stable
Fully compatible with transparent coloured PET bottle recycling (EPBP approval, May 2023)
