- MAXIMID 7550GF is a glass fiber 50%-reinforced MXD6-PA grade. - It is suitable for automotive, electrical & electronics, and consumer parts.

Metal-like stiffness (18.5 GPa) at 40 % weight saving vs. aluminium
Near-isotropic shrinkage → very low post-mould distortion, ideal for large flat housings or precision gears
High-gloss surface ready for painting, metallisation or direct assembly
Good oxygen/CO₂ barrier thanks to MXD6 backbone
Excellent creep and fatigue resistance up to 120 °C continuous use (RTI 120 °C)
Typical Applications
Automotive: clutch/brake pistons, mirror housings, grille inserts, radiator end caps, structural brackets
E&E: motor end-shields, connector blocks, projector housings, bobbins
Consumer: power-tool housings, appliance frames, furniture structural parts, sports-equipment components
