- MAXIMID 7550GVS is a glass fiber 50%-reinforced and flame-retardant MXD6-PA grade. - It is suitable for automotive, electrical & electronics, and consumer parts.

UL 94 V-0 at 0.8 mm without halogenated additives
Very high stiffness (19.5 GPa) and low warpage thanks to MXD6 matrix
Excellent surface appearance – ready for painting, metallisation or direct assembly
Low water uptake vs. PA6/PA66 → dimensions remain stable in humid environments
Good oxygen/CO₂ barrier – suitable for thin-wall housings and container parts
Typical Applications
Automotive: EV battery tray frames, connector housings, fuse-box covers, relay sockets
E&E: power-distribution blocks, server chassis inserts, projector internals, motor end-caps
