Description:
Reny™ 1022H is a 50 % glass-fibre-reinforced poly-xylylene-adipamide (PA-MXD6, PARA) injection-moulding grade.
It delivers extremely high stiffness and strength, excellent surface aesthetics, very low warpage and moisture uptake, making it a preferred metal-replacement material for thin-wall, high-precision parts.

Metal-like stiffness (20 GPa) at >40 % weight saving vs. aluminium
Very low warpage & isotropic shrinkage – ideal for large flat parts or precision gears
Excellent surface finish – ready for painting, metallisation or direct assembly
Low moisture uptake → dimensions & mechanical properties remain stable in humid environments
Good chemical resistance to oils, greases, fuels and common solvents
Typical Applications
Automotive: clutch / brake pistons, mirror housings, grille inserts, radiator end-caps, structural brackets
E&E: motor end-shields, connector blocks, bobbins, relay sockets, projector internals
Consumer: power-tool housings, appliance frames, thin-wall structural brackets
