Description:
Reny™ 1025 is a 50% glass-fibre-reinforced poly-xylylene-adipamide (PA-MXD6, PARA) injection-moulding grade.
The compound provides very high stiffness and strength, excellent surface aesthetics, extremely low warpage and minimal moisture uptake, making it a preferred direct replacement for die-cast aluminium, zinc or magnesium parts.

Thermal
HDT – 1.8 MPa: 231 °C
RTI (elec / mech): 125 / 120 °C (UL 746B)
UL 94: HB @ 1.5 mm
CLTE – flow / cross-flow: 1.0 × 10⁻⁵ / 4.0 × 10⁻⁵ K⁻¹
Drying: 3 – 4 h @ 120 °C (dehumidified dryer); moisture ≤ 0.02 %
Melt temperature: 270 – 280 °C (nozzle 280 °C)
Mould temperature: 120 – 140 °C (high mould T recommended for gloss & low warpage)
Back pressure: 5 – 10 bar
Regrind: ≤ 20 % if re-dried
