Processing Guideline (Injection Moulding)
Pre-dry: 100 °C, 4 h (moisture ≤ 0.05 %)
Melt temperature: 260 – 300 °C
Mold temperature: 80 – 110 °C
Screw: low-compression type (L/D 22–25), check-valve recommended
Venting: 30 – 50 µm deep vents; hardened steel (HRC 55-60) for gate area
Typical Applications
Automotive door-mirror housings, console-box hinges, fuel-filler flaps, power-tool housings, electric-powertrain brackets, sports-equipment components, industrial gears and sliding parts.
